Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fleet Assistant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi's real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient transportation services for our team and clients. This role is critical to maintaining the safety, reliability, and functionality of our fleet, contributing to the overall success of our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fleet Management: Assist in the daily management and maintenance of the company's fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Vehicle Tracking: Monitor the usage and location of vehicles using GPS tracking systems and ensure optimal utilization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking fleet expenses, including fuel usage, maintenance costs, and repairs, and provide reports as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all vehicles comply with local regulations and safety standards, conducting regular checks and coordinating necessary inspections.
- Driver Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating drivers for various company-related activities, ensuring timely transport for staff and clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance issues, and costs to assist management in decision-making.
- Supplier Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of vehicle supplies, such as fuel cards and maintenance materials.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent support to staff and clients regarding transportation needs, addressing inquiries and resolving any transportation-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related role within the real estate or similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and safety standards in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
