We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Franchise Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of franchise operations
- Support franchise owners with day-to-day tasks and inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the franchise team
- Assist in the development and implementation of franchise policies and procedures
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitors
- Prepare reports and presentations for franchise meetings
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for franchise owners
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees
- Manage franchise contracts and agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
