We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Franchise Assistant to join our team in Sharjah within the pharmaceutical industry. The Franchise Assistant will provide administrative support to the Franchise Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating franchise activities and events
- Maintain franchise records and documentation
- Communicate with franchisees and provide support as needed
- Assist in developing marketing and promotional materials for the franchise
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in monitoring franchise performance and profitability
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations of the franchise
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for franchise meetings
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a franchise setting
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines
