We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Fundraising Assistant to join our Information Technology team based in Sharjah. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our fundraising efforts by assisting with various tasks related to donor relations, grant writing, and event planning.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
- Research potential donors and funding opportunities
- Prepare grant proposals and reports
- Manage donor databases and maintain accurate records
- Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to create fundraising materials and communications
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in fundraising or a related field (2-5 years)
- Strong research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
