We are seeking a compassionate and organized individual to join our team as a Funeral Director Assistant in Sharjah. As a Funeral Director Assistant, you will work closely with the Funeral Director to ensure all aspects of the funeral process run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Funeral Director in making funeral arrangements, including coordinating with families, clergy, and vendors
- Prepare the deceased for viewing and burial, ensuring the proper handling and care of the body
- Coordinate and oversee funeral services, including setting up and decorating the venue, directing attendees, and managing the flow of the service
- Provide support and guidance to grieving families, offering assistance with paperwork, obituaries, and other administrative tasks
- Handle logistics such as transporting the deceased, ordering flowers, and scheduling services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and facilities
- Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and handling financial transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a funeral home or related industry preferred (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
