Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Game Developer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about harnessing the power of gaming to enhance educational experiences. As a Game Developer, you will create engaging, interactive, and educational games that cater to diverse learning styles while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills among learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement educational games that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, educators, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Create game mechanics, user interfaces, and interactive elements that provide an immersive learning experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of games to ensure functionality, performance, and user engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in game development and educational technology to inform product development.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve game features and overall experience.
- Document game development processes and maintain source code for future reference and updates.
- Assist in the training and support of educators and students in utilizing the games effectively in an educational setting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in game development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java.
- Experience with game development platforms and engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Strong understanding of game design principles and user experience best practices.
- Knowledge of educational theories and practices, particularly in the context of digital learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing engaging educational content.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with virtual and augmented reality development is a plus.
