We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Genetic Counselor Assistant to join our team in Ajman. As a Genetic Counselor Assistant in our retail setting, you will provide support to the Genetic Counselor in delivering genetic counseling services to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Genetic Counselor in conducting client intake interviews and gathering family history information
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments and follow-up consultations
- Prepare materials and resources for genetic counseling sessions
- Assist in the interpretation of genetic test results and provide relevant information to clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records and ensure confidentiality of all information
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in genetics and genetic counseling practices
- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the genetic counseling process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of genetic counseling principles and practices
- Familiarity with genetic testing procedures and technologies
- Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or related field
- Certification as a Genetic Counselor Assistant
