We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Genetic Counselor Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Ajman. The Genetic Counselor Assistant will work closely with the Genetic Counselor to provide support and assistance in genetic counseling sessions, as well as administrative tasks related to genetic testing and patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Genetic Counselor in conducting genetic counseling sessions with clients
- Provide support to clients undergoing genetic testing, including explaining procedures and addressing any concerns
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up care for clients receiving genetic counseling services
- Assist in researching and compiling information on genetic conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on advances in genetic counseling practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare or counseling setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of genetic counseling principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
