We are seeking a skilled and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and operations of our prestigious golf course in Abu Dhabi. As the Golf Course Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the course is maintained to the highest standards, providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the golf course, including turf management, irrigation, pest control, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Monitor course conditions and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed
- Manage the budget for course maintenance, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and staffing
- Oversee the scheduling of maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to golfers and events on the course
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and staff schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations related to golf course maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and pest control practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of course maintenance
