Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Group Home Worker to join our healthcare team in Dubai. Group Home Workers provide support and care to individuals living in residential group homes, who may have physical or mental disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other special needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, promoting independence and autonomy, and fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment within the group home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and housekeeping tasks
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and social workers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, and facilitate social activities and outings
- Monitor and document residents' progress and behavior, and report any concerns or changes to the management team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, family members, and external agencies to coordinate care and services for residents
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and policies, and maintain a clean and safe living environment within the group home

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting or group home environment (minimum 2 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and first aid
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
