We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Worker to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Group Home Worker will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals living in a group home setting, specifically focusing on those with pharmaceutical needs.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with pharmaceutical needs in a group home setting
- Administer medication and ensure proper dosage and timing
- Monitor and document individual's progress and any changes in their condition
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medical care and treatment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each individual
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in the group home
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment for all residents
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, etc.) preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication administration protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
