We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at an educational institution in Ajman. The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading group fitness classes for students and staff, promoting physical activity and overall wellness within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes in a variety of formats, including but not limited to aerobics, dance, yoga, and strength training
- Develop and implement creative and engaging workout routines that cater to the diverse fitness levels and goals of participants
- Provide guidance and support to participants to ensure proper form and technique during workouts
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring proper equipment setup and sanitation protocols are followed
- Stay up-to-date on current fitness trends and certifications, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development
- Collaborate with other fitness instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules and special events
- Assist in promoting fitness programs and events within the institution and the wider community

Qualifications:
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA)
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience leading group fitness classes in a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with participants of all ages and fitness levels
- Knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
