We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management within the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of the organization
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and priorities
- Lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and productivity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR programs and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
