We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources programs and initiatives within our Aerospace and Defense organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support the overall strategic objectives of the organization
- Lead and manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for the company
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
