Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi's vibrant retail sector. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.
- Execute a wide range of hair techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling, to meet client expectations.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with modern and stylish options.
- Recommend hair care products and services that best suit clients’ hair types and styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Promote salon services and products effectively to meet sales goals.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in hair care and styling.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 7 years in a salon or retail environment.
- A valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hair care and beauty trends.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
