We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health Coach to join our team in Dubai. The Health Coach will be responsible for providing personalized health and wellness coaching to employees working in the transportation and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in promoting healthy lifestyle choices and encouraging positive behavior changes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized wellness plans for employees
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to help employees achieve their health goals
- Deliver group workshops and presentations on various health topics
- Collaborate with other members of the wellness team to create and implement wellness programs
- Monitor progress and track outcomes to measure the effectiveness of the wellness programs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field
- Certified Health Coach or Wellness Coach
- [X] years of experience in health coaching or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
