We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing within the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage healthcare programs aimed at improving the health and well-being of employees within the manufacturing facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and oversee health initiatives and programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage the budget and resources for healthcare programs
- Establish relationships with healthcare providers and vendors to negotiate contracts and services
- Communicate with employees about healthcare programs and services available to them
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare program management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
