We are seeking a talented and experienced Healthcare Program Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Healthcare Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of healthcare programs, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage healthcare programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement healthcare solutions
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Monitor program performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure success
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
