Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our innovative team in Dubai. This position combines expertise in audiology and information technology to provide exceptional service and support in the fitting and maintenance of hearing instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology, excellent technical skills, and a passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments through the use of advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and audiometric testing to evaluate clients' hearing needs and recommend appropriate hearing instruments.
- Fit, program, and maintain a variety of hearing devices, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, educating them about hearing loss, hearing aids, and assistive listening devices.
- Utilize advanced information technology systems to manage client records, track inventory, and coordinate service appointments.
- Collaborate with audiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for clients with hearing loss.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in hearing technologies and industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to assess client satisfaction, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues with hearing instruments.
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs to raise awareness about hearing health and promote services offered.
- Train and mentor junior staff and interns on best practices in fitting and servicing hearing instruments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Hearing Instrument Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in fitting and servicing hearing aids.
- Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., American Conference of Governmental and Industrial Hygienists, Board of Hearing Aid Specialists) is preferred.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize information technology systems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and patient care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
