We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating Equipment Operator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining heating equipment in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heating equipment such as boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
- Monitor heating systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with heating systems
- Maintain accurate records of heating equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Coordinate with property management team to schedule maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [X] years of experience operating heating equipment in a commercial setting
- Knowledge of heating systems and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
