We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Help Desk Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong interest in the transportation and logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and technical support issues
- Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to transportation and logistics systems
- Document and track all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the help desk ticketing system
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Assist with training and onboarding new customers on our transportation and logistics platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
