Job Description:
We are seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the help desk team, providing technical support to internal employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of help desk technicians, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Monitor help desk ticketing system to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain help desk policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support
- Train and onboard new help desk team members
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with IT team to implement new technologies and systems
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on help desk performance and key metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
