We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highway Engineer with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highway infrastructure projects using the latest technological advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing innovative solutions for highway infrastructure projects using Information Technology tools and software
- Collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments for highway projects
- Utilizing data analytics and modeling techniques to optimize traffic flow and improve road safety
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards for highway construction and maintenance
- Providing technical support and expertise to project teams and clients
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices in highway engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
