We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of hospitality operations at our establishment in Ajman, Energy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute events, promotions, and special projects
- Manage budgets, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
