Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the hospitality services within our construction projects based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that the needs of our clients, stakeholders, and employees are met while maintaining high standards of service during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of hospitality services in construction sites, including accommodation, catering, and recreational facilities for staff and clients.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hospitality staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service. Conduct regular performance reviews and foster professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all hospitality services meet the company’s standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Implement quality control measures and address any service issues promptly.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner. Act as the primary point of contact for all hospitality-related inquiries.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the hospitality budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service standards. Monitor expenses and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate hospitality events, meetings, and conferences for clients and project stakeholders, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and staff regarding hospitality services and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including HR, project management, and procurement, to ensure seamless integration of hospitality services within the construction projects.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on hospitality operations, budgets, and client satisfaction levels for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hospitality services.
