We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and hospitality operations, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize hospitality operations within the agriculture sector in Dubai
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitality programs, including customer service, food and beverage, and event management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hospitality services with agricultural activities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance customer service and operational standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective services
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing hospitality programs and driving operational excellence
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
