Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our hospitality operations within the real estate sector in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in hospitality management, program development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving guest experiences, and ensuring the successful implementation of hospitality programs across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee daily hospitality operations across multiple properties, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.

2. Program Development:
- Lead the design and execution of hospitality programs focused on improving service delivery and operational performance.
- Collaborate with property managers to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices in hospitality operations.

3. Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in hospitality management.

4. Financial Oversight:
- Monitor and manage budgets for hospitality operations, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.

5. Guest Experience Enhancement:
- Actively seek guest feedback and implement changes to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and internal teams.

6. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Regularly audit hospitality operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational protocols.

7. Project Management:
- Lead special projects related to hospitality operations, from conception through implementation and evaluation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

8. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of successful program management and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local and international hospitality standards and regulations.
