We are seeking a highly experienced Hospitality Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a focus on hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies for the hospitality division within the transportation and logistics industry
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality program, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage a team of hospitality professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Develop and manage budgets and financial performance for the hospitality program
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion within the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality operations within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and driving results
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
