We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations management and program management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic programs to optimize hotel operations and guest experience
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest satisfaction
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to achieve operational excellence
- Supervise and train hotel staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the overall performance of the hotel
- Evaluate and select vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to drive innovation and competitiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel operations management
- Proven track record of success in program management and operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate and hospitality market is a plus
