### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager Assistant to join our team in a prestigious healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Operations Management: Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained throughout the facility.

- Staff Coordination: Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure staff adheres to established protocols and procedures.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms, common areas, and medical facilities to assess cleanliness and hygiene standards. Provide feedback and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.

- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all housekeeping activities comply with local health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and facility policies to minimize risks.

- Patient and Staff Interaction: Foster a positive environment by interacting courteously with patients, visitors, and staff. Address any concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

- Training and Development: Participate in the training of new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing education on best practices in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.

- Report Generation: Assist in preparing reports on housekeeping operations, staff performance, and inventory levels for the Housekeeping Manager.

- Special Projects: Support the Housekeeping Manager in planning and executing special projects, such as deep cleaning initiatives, renovations, and seasonal cleaning tasks.

### Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management, preferably within a healthcare setting.

- Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
