We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping operations, program management, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping operations programs and strategies to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the facilities.
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to housekeeping operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Implement safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping operations with overall facility management goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement housekeeping programs and strategies.
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
