Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Housekeeping Operations Program Manager to lead and enhance our housekeeping operations within our real estate portfolio in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring our properties maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics, contributing to tenant satisfaction and property value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or real estate housekeeping management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the housekeeping operations across multiple properties, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and motivating staff to achieve high standards of performance.

3. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation.
- Develop and implement a quality assurance program, including regular audits and feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery.

4. Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and control expenses related to housekeeping supplies, equipment, and labor.

5. Inventory Management:
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Establish relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities.
- Conduct training sessions on safety procedures and emergency protocols for housekeeping staff.

7. Customer Relations:
- Address and resolve any tenant or guest complaints related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for tenants and guests.

8. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on housekeeping operations, including performance metrics, budget adherence, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and develop strategies for enhancing service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and housekeeping management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping operations.
