We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Import Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Import Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the importation of goods and materials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating shipments with suppliers and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with carriers to arrange transportation of imported goods
- Prepare and process import documentation, including customs forms and shipping invoices
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and requirements
- Track shipments and update internal systems with shipment status
- Resolve any issues or delays related to import shipments
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions
- Provide support to the import team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in import/export operations
- Knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
