We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Import Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Import Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and managing the importation of goods and materials for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective importation of goods and materials.
- Obtain and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and monitor shipments.
- Manage import schedules and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and expenses.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing new suppliers and negotiating contracts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
