We are seeking a qualified Industrial Hygienist to join our team in Dubai within the retail sector. The Industrial Hygienist will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, customers, and visitors in our retail facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections and assessments of the workplace to identify potential health hazards
- Developing and implementing strategies to control and mitigate exposure to hazardous substances and conditions
- Monitoring air quality, noise levels, and other environmental factors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Providing training and guidance to employees on best practices for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
- Investigating incidents of occupational illness or injury and recommending corrective actions
- Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to industrial hygiene

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in industrial hygiene or occupational health
- Certification in Industrial Hygiene (CIH) preferred
- Knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
