We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key accounts
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
