We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inspection Manager to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The Inspection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inspection processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control within the healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas within the healthcare facility to identify any potential compliance issues
- Collaborate with department heads and staff to address and resolve any compliance issues identified during inspections
- Monitor and track inspection results, compile reports, and present findings to senior management
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deficiencies found during inspections
- Stay current on healthcare regulations and standards to ensure the facility is in compliance at all times
- Train and educate staff on inspection protocols and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, quality management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare inspection or quality management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
