We are seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to oversee all inspection activities within our construction projects based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet regulatory standards, client specifications, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inspection procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Manage a team of inspectors and coordinate their activities to ensure timely and accurate inspections.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
- Review inspection reports and documentation to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address any non-conformities or quality issues.
- Provide technical guidance and training to inspection team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection activities and ensure all documentation is properly filed and archived.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of [random number below 8] years of experience in construction inspection.
- Proven experience managing inspection teams on large-scale construction projects.
- Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
