We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Design Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning materials, as well as a strong background in instructional design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of online training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive simulations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy
- Conduct research on industry best practices and innovative instructional design techniques
- Assist in the implementation of learning management systems and other educational technologies
- Review and revise existing training materials to ensure they meet learning objectives
- Provide support to instructional designers in project management tasks, such as scheduling and resource allocation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of learning management systems and educational technologies
