We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Instructional Design Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah within the Energy sector. The Instructional Design Assistant will work closely with the Instructional Designer to develop, implement, and maintain high-quality learning materials and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, and multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content for training programs.
- Assist in researching and implementing best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of learning management systems and other educational technologies.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in instructional design or related field.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
