We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Instructional Design Assistant to join our telecommunications company in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, as well as a strong background in instructional design principles.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of engaging and interactive learning materials for training programs
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of information
- Design and implement instructional strategies based on adult learning principles
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create online modules and courses
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all training materials to ensure they meet company standards
- Assist in the evaluation of training programs to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- [X] years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and best practices in training and development
