We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Sharjah within the Manufacturing industry. The Insurance Adjuster will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, determining coverage, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigating and evaluating insurance claims related to property damage, liability, and employee injuries in the manufacturing industry
- Analyzing policies to determine coverage and liability
- Gathering and reviewing evidence, such as photographs, witness statements, and police reports
- Interviewing claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties
- Negotiating settlements with claimants, attorneys, and insurance companies
- Providing excellent customer service to claimants throughout the claims process
- Keeping detailed records and documentation of claim investigations and settlements
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as legal and risk management, to resolve complex claims

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience as an Insurance Adjuster in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
