We are seeking an experienced Insurance Appraiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing the value of a wide range of insurance claims and assets within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of insurance claims and assets
- Determine the value of properties, vehicles, and other assets based on market research and industry standards
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports and documentation for insurance claims
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, underwriters, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely appraisals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to insurance appraisals
- Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, if necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience as an Insurance Appraiser
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional certification (e.g. Certified Insurance Appraiser) is a plus
