We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance Appraiser to join our team in Sharjah. As an Insurance Appraiser specializing in Real Estate, you will be responsible for inspecting and evaluating properties to determine their value for insurance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess their condition and features
- Research comparable properties in the area to determine market value and replacement cost
- Prepare detailed reports outlining property evaluations, including photographs and measurements
- Communicate with property owners, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to discuss appraisal findings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to property valuation and insurance appraisals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- [X] years of experience working as an Insurance Appraiser in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using appraisal software and tools
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
