We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the insurance industry, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying coverage for pharmaceutical products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies and claims
- Communicate with insurance companies and clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for insurance audits
- Monitor and track insurance payments and follow up on outstanding claims
- Provide support to the insurance team with any administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in insurance, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of insurance software systems is a plus
