We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Insurance Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the insurance department and assisting with various insurance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the processing of insurance claims and policy renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies and claims
- Communicate with insurance providers and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Assist in reviewing insurance documents and policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding insurance coverage and claims
- Assist in preparing reports on insurance-related activities for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper insurance coverage for all aspects of the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in insurance administration or a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
