We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance operations and processes, as well as experience managing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insurance operations strategies to support the construction projects
- Manage relationships with insurance providers and negotiate terms and coverage
- Oversee the insurance claims process and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor insurance compliance and ensure all projects are properly covered
- Analyze data and provide reports to senior management on insurance program performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Experience managing programs in the construction industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software
