We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the insurance operations program within the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insurance operations strategies to support the overall business objectives
- Manage relationships with insurance providers and negotiate terms and conditions for insurance policies
- Monitor insurance claims and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze insurance data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices for insurance operations to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of insurance operations with overall business operations
- Lead a team of insurance operations professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and manage the insurance operations budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations within the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions
