We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management within our pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient management of stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making
- Work closely with the procurement and production departments to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly
- Manage and optimize the use of inventory management software to streamline processes
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
