Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, preferably in the energy sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to optimize inventory levels
- Train and supervise inventory staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
